- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So far not so good! Was asked to come in early bc of a cancellation. Agreed to arrive asap approx 2:15. Arrived 2:20 and the first words out of receptionists mouth were "your appt was at 2:15" in an accusatory tone. No my appt was at 3:15 and I agreed to come in early. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Like a lot of the other reviews say, I had to wait for my appointment. I left work early to get there at 2:45 and wasn't even taken back until 3:50. I could've been at work for another 45 minutes. The front desk really needs to do a better job setting wait time expectations. Every person, myself included asked how much longer before they were seen. Aside from that, the back of the house staff was very welcoming and gave a very simple to understand plan of action for my dental care. I feel it was fairly priced considering what I have to have done. If not for the poor wait time I would have given a 5 star review.March 10, 2017by Maddison Pfaff
