- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish I could give this practice zero stars. I was a new patient to this practice and received absolutely terrible service. The office staff is completely incompetent. The dentist recommended extensive work for me to have done. I requested that the office submit the necessary documentation to my insurance so that I could have an accurate financial quote prior to the procedure. After about a dozen calls between my insurance and this office regarding multiple rejected claims, I find out that this office and dentist were too lazy to provide the supporting information/fill out the narrative after I had specifically requested this to be done after the first rejected claim. On top of all this, the office also incorrectly billed me for a simple cleaning and exam twice. The hours of the office do not make it conducive for those who work to straighten out issues in person. I was unable to see an office manager unless I was willing to take time out of work. Bottom line is do not go to this dental practice if you expect any type of competent professionals.December 03, 2016by Katie Cleary
