  I went in to this facility to switch from the shot to a copper iud, which I was eventually recommended liletta. There's only one lady that does the iuds there and luck for me, she was more gruesome because she was training someone else and she took it all out on my vagina. She pinched me when putting in the speculum, and when she swabbed me it's like she was trying to scrape me with it. Even when she was just wiping it with a wipe she was rough. She knew how nervous I was and she didn't seem to care at all, just kept a blank face as I was squirming and screaming. I have never given birth so of course this isn't supposed to feel comfortable, getting a foreign object shoved in my uterus. This lady had no concern for the way she was being rough, let alone just being rude in general. I was told that some only feel a pinch and some feel nothing with getting it put in and there's "light cramping", this was the most excruciating pain of my life. I laid there, unable to breathe, feeling like I was going to pass out, and this lady was rushing me out of her office saying I could only stay a minute. The other staff were nice, don't get me wrong, but this lady was out of line. I stumbled my way out of hell and had put up with the pain and was living on Advil for a week, I was recommended to take 9 a day (take 3, 3 times) You're supposed to take 1 every 4-6 hours, she told me to go against the bottle as if I want stomach bleeding problems too. I was immediately sick and throwing up water everywhere, couldn't sleep because of the pain and I was constantly going through chills/sweats from the moment I got it in, up until I was taken out. It felt like I constantly had to pee, just seconds after going. I felt disturbed knowing this thing was inside me yet I was too scared to turn back and have the same lady rip it out. I honestly feel like this visit gave me PTSD, I feel violated by this 'woman' and I would never let that lady come near me or my uterus ever again. I ended up getting it removed at Watervilles women's care after I who actually cared about making me comfortable instead of just being rough and rude, taking out their daily frustration out on other people's reproductive system. Looking at past reviews, someone else had the same issue with the same lady 11 months ago who also wrote a review. So this was not anger from training someone new, this lady is sadistic and needs to be fired.

  I get it. You're lead RN probably hates her jobs and wants to work at a fancy obgyn office but can't because she probably already got fired from the ones that are local because of her poor attitude towards clients. I have been in excruciating pain for 5 weeks now because I was pressured into recieving the "best form" of birth control available - that little plastic Liletta. Don't do it ladies. Unless you've given birth before and can handle your cervix being dialated then walk away say no thanks. Stick to the pills ladies. The RN inserted the IUD incorrectly and I have had to have it removed - she assured me the pain for 3 weeks was normal and there was no need to come back in. Well I went to a real doctor and got an ultrasound and that little plastic alien is way screwed up and had to be removed immediately. I have experienced major pain before and let me tell you this IUD if it's not done right will cause you more pain than getting a continuous tattoo on your vagina. Don't go here for female care, wait the extra two months and become an establish patient at a local obgyn. Because when it's Saturday and you're in so much pain you can't stand up or stop screaming and the only doctor that will see you is the ER... You'll want the luxury of having an on call obgyn to help you. Planned parenthood, you should really look into hiring a friendlier RN because your lady in charge may have made me infertile and I was not warned of any of these "side effects" I was sold on the perfect solution that was anything but.
